2008/2009 Recreation (Developmental) Sign-ups

Utah Rush announces its Recreation sign-ups for Fall 2008 and Spring 2009 seasons.  The Recreation division of the Utah Rush spans from North SLC to Farmington.  Teams are formed based on school area and city in which you live.  

Registration forms can be downloaded below and mailed to 600 N. 500 W. Suite C, Bountiful, Utah 84010.  Online registration will also be avaiable starting May 1st.  Live registration will be held at the below locations and times.  For further information please contact our office at 298-4625.

Scoreboard Sports (509 W. 2600 S. BNTFL):  May 17th, 31st and June 7th.  10am-5pm

Rush Office (600 N. 500 W. Suite C BNTFL):  Mon. - Wed. 10am-2pm and Thurs. 10am-7pm during May
